Hello! I am Bri, AKA Akio! And you, my friends, are my alicorns, zombies and everybody in between! I'm a 21 years old college student who comes from New Jersey and goes to college in Florida. I'm a huge nerd, with pop culture and school . I believe my future entails me being an art therapist for young children with disabilities. I learned my path when I got into painting. I may post some of my art. Message me if you want a friend. So goodbye and salute!
She walked to the top of the hill,
Her blood from her wrists creating bright red gloves
On her small hands. She went to her knees, the blood soaking in the earth.
She fell to her back and laid in the grass, arms stretched out like wings, staring
At the illuminated skies of the night.
She knew this was it, that this was all she had… all she had.
She didn’t feel anything; no pain, no sadness
Nothing… nothing… She just thought about the stars
And imagined becoming one. She would be loved… be loved.
She could be looked upon, thought as being beautiful
At last. She could be wished upon and photographed
By thousands of admirers. She thought… she thought…
She looked to her blood-covered arms and knew her time was finally up.
She stared back up as the puddles of crimson,
Reflections from the moon’s light, grew evermore.
As the pools grew, her strength shrunk.
Sweet relief… Sweet relief…
As her final breath released in a small cloud
In the cool night, a new light glowed in the crimson pools of her blood.
A bright star, dwarfing the north star, joined the sky.
It gave all its strength and beauty it could.
The light grew, shining bright and grabbing people’s gaze. They stared,
They admired. They were all amazed… all amazed.
She was the light… she was the light.
As she felt the love, a falling star fell beneath the light.
A single tear as she rested, ready to be a part of the sky forever.
She was finally loved… finally loved.
